Let our combined 100 years of experience take the puzzle out of the complex home buying process for you!

We are local business leaders with combined experience of over 10 decades in the Real Estate and Home Buying Industries!  Our monthly events are held at libraries throughout Middle Tennessee for the expressed purpose of educating first-time or soon-to-be home buyers living in the area in the details of the very complex home buying process.  Many Real Estate Industry Professionals will be featured on a rotating basis during these FREE events – Mortgage and Real Estate Professionals, Home and Pest Inspectors, Title Attorneys and Insurance Agents – all from the local area.

Although each of these professionals who will take part in the Monthly Educational Seminar are currently engaged in their trade or service to assist in the successful process of a home buying transaction, each of the presenters will offer their expertise FREE OF CHARGE and without making a sales pitch during their presentations.  The attendee will be given the opportunity to hear and learn from those in the industry without any pressure to hire or use the services of those offering this seminar.

These seminars are a public service outreach to the community by each of these local businessmen and women and only those who have been thoroughly vetted professionally and experienced in making such presentations to the public will be invited to participate in these seminars.
